Personal Information
Name: Stuart
About Me: Have worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, enjoy all aspects of food and wine. have a dream of helping a winemaker with a vintage

Originally trained as a chef, and had the opportunity to work in some of the most iconic parts of Australia as an Executive Chef.

A love of wine grew from my interaction with food and generally having alot of choices of different wines from around the country.

Being from Australia I want to learn more about the wines from other countries, both old & new world wines.

I have an ambition to write a coffee table cookbook for charity, I have been very lucky in my career to be paid to work in some greats places and it would nice to be able to show others what I get to look at on a daily basis, and give back to the community

Age: 42 years old
Gender: Male
Marital Status: Single
Occupation: Food & Beverage Manager
Favorite Wines: Earthy Reds from the Coonawarra Region in South Australia and Sauvignon Blancs from my current state of residence Tasmania, which are as good as New Zealand ones without the price tag.

I have started to enjoy Pinots alot more due to fact that I live up the road from a couple of great wineries

Penfolds Grange - my parents drank it at BBQs before it became famous
Favorite Table Wine: Coonawarra John Riddich, Roaring 40's Pinot, Iron Pot Bay Sauv Blanc
Geographic Information
City: Launceston
State/Province: Tasmania
Country: Australia
