I wholeheartedly believe that if you can change just one life, you can change the world. Therefore, I'm passionate about my career choice in non-profit: I currently work as an office manager for a small non-denominational church in north Houston. My ultimate goal is to eventually work for an organization that helps the homeless find and keep affordable housing. But I have many other passions as well. I studied art, design, and music in college, I sponsor a little girl through the Christian Children's Fund, and I love doing yoga when I can. Of course I also love wine! As an avid reader and a closet romantic (with an ironic sense of humor) I love to pair my wines with my literature. A fun Beaujolais with Jane Austen's Emma, for example. Rilke requires something much more complex. Perhaps the blended white wine Conundrum. I also love the environment and animals: I'm a pescetarian who loves to cook—organic, if possible—and spend time with friends, family, nature, and God.

Shiraz, Syrah, Grenache, Malbec, and I'll always love a good Chardonnay.
