Appearance: 8 second legs/tears, deep dark ruby

Aroma: Medium strength, tobacco, smokey (oak), berry-maybe black, slight pepper, an unknown floral presence

Mouth: Medium/Heavy coating, Blackberries hands down, lasting finish

Final thoughts: I'm a fan, I enjoy heavier wines such as Shiraz and Malbec. This was a new vineyard for me. I 've made a rule for myself not to decide if I would repurchase a wine, until the second glass, so I'll post my decision shortly, glass one is going fast......
