2002 Beaux Freres Vineyards Pinot Noir The Beaux Freres Vineyard
Purchased: Ben's in Reno, NV - $74.99
Vineyard Website: Beaux Freres Vineyards
Region: USA - Oregon - Willamette Valley
Color: Deep ruby red in color.
Nose: Ripe cherry, black currant, earth, peat, leather and spice.
Taste: Nice fruit in the mouth with some spice and minerals. Softer but evolved with just traces of tannins coming through. A very long, elegant finish.
Notes: Once in a while you taste a wine that you will never forget. This Beaux Freres Pinot Noir is one of them. From the moment you inhale the nose to the last drop finishing in your mouth you are reminded of how good this wine is. An exceptional wine that shows how well Oregon Pinot Noir can be made.
