LOVE red wine!!!! I go to "Passport Weekend" in Sonoma every year and really enjoy the wines from that area. I'm a member of quite a few wine clubs and have a credenza wine cooler to store my wines in this Texas heat. But then I'm so obsessive compulsive I have wine stacked in my home office also! My favorite wineries are Ledson and Yoakim Bridge - have never had a bad wine there!
I'm so bad -- when I go to purchase wine, too many times I'll buy because I like the label - that's not a good thing to do...but it's fun and allows me to try out different wines!
We did have a wine group that did wine tastings every month but that split up because of some lack of interest....couldn't get enough people to attend the functions.
